Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully completed. You agree to provide accurate contact and payment information. PivTank may refuse, cancel, or reschedule a booking if operational, scheduling, fraud, or payment issues arise.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Refund & Reschedule Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
