Refund & Reschedule Policy

Effective date: May 19, 2026.

PivTank sessions reserve dedicated strategic time. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled.

Rescheduling

You may request one reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice before your booked start time, subject to availability.

Late changes

If you request a change with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive materially late, or miss the session without notice, the session may be considered used and non-refundable.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed because time has been reserved specifically for you. If PivTank cancels a session and rescheduling is not possible, you may be offered either a reschedule or a refund at PivTank’s discretion.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, contact PivTank first before filing a payment dispute. Good-faith efforts will be made to resolve legitimate issues consistent with this policy.
